MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

1. KY Teacher certification
2. Master's Degree or higher with area of major in the assigned curricular area
3. Three (3) years successful experience as a teacher
4. Expertise in equity, inclusion and culturally responsive education

DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Knowledge of standards in assigned curricular area
2. Knowledge of appropriate pedagogy that will address achievement and opportunity gaps
