Science Teacher - Secondary - Earth Science

Secondary Earth Science Teacher - Gr. 10
This will be a probationary appointment for an individual who is certified to teach Science (Earth Science - High School).
The candidate must be able to demonstrate planning and preparation, instructional skills; effective classroom management and be motivated to engage in continuous professional development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Must hold a New York State Teaching Certification in Earth Science

1. Multiple New York State Teaching Certificates in Science preferred (i.e. Living Environment, Chemistry, Earth Science, etc.)
2. Completion of a Master's Degree is preferred
3. Experience in Co-Teaching preferred
4. Must be able to demonstrate knowledge and understanding of the NYS Science Standards
