FTE Requested FTE: .5
18 hours/week
Required Qualifications: Bachelor Degree
Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Education or a related field
Project Connect is seeking to fill a part-time School Community Coordinator position to provide targeted supports for children and youth experiencing homelessness. This position will provide site based services that focus on outreach and identification of students, removal of educational barriers and performance outcomes. This individual will provide academic, social/emotional support and must have the ability to build meaningful relationships with children and youth experiencing trauma. This individual will need to have knowledge of federal McKinney Vento Law and trauma informed care.
