Preschool Lead Teacher (Japanese-speaking)

Aozora Gakuen is looking for a Japanese-speaking preschool lead teacher for our bilingual program.

ブルックリンにある日系のバイリンガル幼稚園 (Japanese-English Bilingual Preschool) で、現在、担任教員(Class Lead Teacher)を募集しております。

あおぞらプリスクールは、子供達が日本語と英語の両言語でバランスよく幼児教育を受ける事ができるプリスクール（幼稚園）です。活気あふれる楽しい学園生活を通して、子どもの健やかでのびのびとした成長の促進と、あたたかく豊かな人格の形成を目指しています。ブルックリンという国際色豊かな土地柄、学園の生徒はその大半がさまざまな文化的背景を持つ永住組家庭の子供たちです。そんな益々多様化している環境の中で、日本的な価値観や道徳心を教え伝えるのはもちろんのこと、多文化共生の視点で組まれたカリキュラムをもとに、すぐれた国際感覚を養う保育をモットーとしています。

The main role of Class Lead Teacher is to ensure the healthy growth and development of all of the children in the class, to create and implement a rich, engaging and age-appropriate curriculum, to create a safe and healthy environment for the children, to mentor and lead the Class Teachers and the Class Assistant Teachers, and to serve as liaisons between the teachers and the Educational Director.

• 四年制大学（幼児教育専攻）卒業以上
