The Scarsdale Schools' Technical Services team is seeking a talented, experienced, and motivated candidate for a Network Administrator position. The team manages the District's network infrastructure, servers, phone system, computer hardware, and mobile devices.

The following expertise and skills are required:

• Strong knowledge of Mac OS, iOS, and Windows operating systems
• Experience with designing, implementing, and administering virtualized servers (MS Hyper-V preferred)
• Experience with designing networks and managing network infrastructure
• Experience with DHCP and DNS server configurations (Windows Server 2016 or later preferred)
• Experience with configuring Wireless APs and Wireless Controllers
• Experience with administering an Active Directory environment
• Experience with network content filtering
• Knowledge of IP telephony preferred
• Knowledge of Google G Suite management preferred
• Knowledge of Apple School Manager, VPP, and DEP a plus
• Knowledge of SCCM, Jamf Pro, Lightspeed Systems, and Intune a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem solving skills and strategic thinking skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and without supervision
• Strong organizational/time management skills and ability to effectively prioritize workload
• Strong management skills
• Must possess strong verbal and written communication skills
• Self starter with ability to anticipate business needs and offer proactive recommendations
• Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of public schools and their systems preferred
• Ability to document systems, processes, and procedures

This is a Competitive Class Civil Service position.
