Position
Description
:
• Train staff on testing procedures
• Develop a testing logistics plan for State testing and benchmark testing
• Ensure test security and protocols
• Participate in test proctor training
• Interface with School Administrators regarding testing issues
• Follow all State and federal requirements for testing
• Secure and manage rooms for school testing and other events
• Obtain liability insurance certificates (where needed)
• Assist in school wide test mailings (virtual and physical)
• Manage all enrollment related parent and team communication
• Assist Operations Administrator with the development of school enrollment policies and procedure
Requirements Position Requirements:
• Degree in Business or Education highly preferred
• Minimum of five years work experience
• Great organizational and time management skills
• Flexible schedule
• Proficient in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
• Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
• Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database preferred
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with State testing protocols
