Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in education, human resources, or business (marketing or journalism degree preferred), plus five years of progressively more responsible work experience in teaching and/or project management. Knowledge of the principles and practices of leadership development and customer service management; knowledge of the FCPS organization, mission, rules, and regulations; knowledge of national, regional, and local issues related to curriculum and instruction; ability to structure programs related to needs; ability to develop and maintain successful working relationships on the local, regional, and national levels; ability to work independently and with teams; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
