Program
The Educational Services Division provides professional development to 27 districts, 2 technical schools, charter schools, local businesses, as well as, non-public schools in the IU 12 region. We work closely with other IUs around the state and also the PA department of Education. Other services provided include but are not limited to, English as a Second Language, Adult Education, Literacy, Math and Coaching.
Description
Person will be responsible for developing and delivering professional development across Adams, Franklin, and York Counties. He/she will research, develop, and market creative approaches and tools/resources and will collaborate with divisional team members and as part of organizational teams to assess, develop, deliver, evaluate, and possibly project manage professional development offerings/resources. Position requires travel with possible overnight travel, as needed. Preferred candidates may have served on MTSS Data Teams for Behavior or Academics, worked with students who have an IEP, have a background in early literacy, inclusive practices, and/or school wide positive behavior support.
Qualifications
Full Time – 188 Days

Qualifications
- PA Certificate: Instructional certificate required.Minimum of 5 years' teaching experience preferred.Experience in conducting high-quality professional learning opportunities in a variety of formats (face-to-face, virtual, blended, etc.) required.Command of andragogy / creating engaging learning opportunities and willingness to work with a synergistic team also required.Documented expertise in academic content preferred.
