Here's what you'll be doing as the Associate Director of Recruitment Data & Operations:
Joining our Talent Recruitment team comes with a lot of growth opportunities, but with great power comes great responsibility. Here are a few (well, many) for this position:

Data Analysis & Reporting (50%)
  • Own all recruitment data and analyses; synthesize trends in data and create presentations and build tools for key stakeholders to effectively communicate findings
  • Partner with Recruitment leaders to define and test strategies to increase effectiveness and efficiency within the recruitment function
  • Build out annual recruitment projections and partner with other Directors to define and hit quarterly, monthly and weekly goals.
  • Partner with other teams (e.g., HR Ops, Employee Relations) to manage network-wide recruitment and retention data gathering processes (e.g., Renewal Offer Letter tracking, etc.).
  • Oversee responses to routine data requests, answer questions from leadership, and develop reports to communicate recruitment progress toward goals.
Systems Management (30%)
  • Act as system administrator for KIPP Careers (Salesforce), the team's applicant tracking system, and other key systems such as our HRIS, referral management, and document management systems.
  • Create and regularly monitor recruitment systems budget.
  • Serve as a critical thought partner to team leaders by identifying challenges and developing solutions to adapt systems to our evolving needs.
  • Ensure all system users are equipped with the knowledge, tools, and documentation to use systems appropriately and to their desired end.  
Project & People Management (20%)
  • See projects through from beginning to end with attention give to the people and process changes that are necessary for successful implementation.
  • Delegate and oversee tasks for the Recruitment Associate with a keen eye for detail - oriented project planning to ensure accurate execution.
  • As needed, create structure with limited guidance in highly ambiguous situations.

  • Highly self-motivated with a desire and ability to succeed in a fast - paced, results - driven environment
  • Mature with a strong work ethic, a good dose of humility, a sense of humor, and a determination to do whatever it takes
  • Near expert level technical skills with a ninja-like proficiency in data management using MS Excel and other Office products (Outlook, OneNote, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Docs.
  • Experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) with an ability to make complex data points n an compelling
  • Track record of working collaboratively with others
  • Highly organized with an editor-like eye for details and exceptional time management
  • Demonstrated dedication to personal improvement with a willingness to give and receive feedback
Educational Background and Work Experience
Required:
  • Bachelor's degree in related field
  • 3 - 5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience working with relational databases (applicant tracking or customer relationship management systems) including the building and management of reports
Preferred:
  • Experience with Salesforce, SQL, and/or other scripting languages
  • Experience managing operations and data for a high-performing team
Weekend/evening work, local travel, and/or periodic long-distance travel for professional/team development may be required.
