---Must have 3-5 years of experience teaching ELA
---Secondary experience and certification preferred
---Must have experience and knowledge of Instructional Coaching, Curriculum Design and Next Generation Standards
---Must have strong communication and creative thinking skills
---Ability to work on a team and understand adult learners is required
---Proficiency with technology integration to enhance instruction
