Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (computer science, information technology, or a related field preferred) plus five years of progressively more responsible experience with special emphasis in call center operations, computer technology and its applications, two of which shall have included supervisory or administrative experience. Can demonstrate knowledge of Windows 10 and network operating systems, protocols, and software with advanced proficiency in using standard and adhoc applications (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Chrome, Microsoft Office Suite, Group Policy, Active Directory, Exchange, PowerShell scripting, Cold Fusion, Remedy, Learn360, Google Apps, AppV, web curation processes, and applications that directly or indirectly authenticate against IDM); knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, instructional technology requirements; ability to determine priorities, allocate resources, manage projects, measure and analyze results and supervise personnel; and ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing. Valid driver's license with a good driving record and employee-provided transportation required.
