    Job Description:
    Candidate should demonstrate:
    1. Provide new teacher training and integrate ESL strategies in accordance with compliance agencies.
    2. Extensive knowledge of adult learning theory, co-plan and co-teach, ELA instruction, differentiated approaches to learning and data analysis; use of formative and summative assessment;
    3. Analyze and evaluate data to identify student needs and plan for instruction;
    4. Work with administration and leadership teams to design professional development based on student results;
    5. Attend and participate in instructional leadership team meetings
    6. Attend and participate in all District Coach meetings and training;
    7. Provide a demonstration classroom for teacher training purposes.

    Job Qualifications:
    1. Successful candidate must possess or be eligible for a Colorado Department of Education (CDE) teaching license, a Colorado Career and Technical Education (CTE) credential (full time secondary/postsecondary).
    2. ELA endorsement or LDE certification preferred or willingness to obtain same within first year of employment.
    3. Ability to establish positive and supportive relationships with colleagues and building administration;
    4. Organizational skills and initiative for working with minimal direct supervision;
    5. On-going reflective practice to continuously improve teaching and student learning;
    6. Previous experience working with adults is preferred;
    7. Highly qualified in ELA;
    8. Teaching experience at the secondary level;
    9. CTE qualified

    Candidates are expected to submit a letter of interest which outline qualifications in terms of content and experience with professional development and ELA service delivery, a resume and three letters of recommendation
