POSITION: MicroComputer Technical Support Specialist - 12 Month
LOCATION: Cleveland Hill School District
QUALIFICATIONS:
SALARY: $19.00/Hour - CSEA Union Affiliation
PERFORMANCE KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS ATTRIBUTES AND CHARACTERISTICS:
Thorough knowledge of the principles and techniques involved in mainframe to personal computer data transfer; thorough knowledge of both mainframe and personal computer operating systems; thorough knowledge of local area network topologies and operating systems; good knowledge of systems analysis concepts; ability to communicate clearly both orally and in writing; ability to work well with others; possess logical reasoning and sound judgement; initiative and resourcefulness; physical condition commensurate with the demands of the position.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered four (4) year college or university with a Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of experience in computer programming which included, at least, at least one (1) year of experience in programming and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or:
- Graduation from a regionally accredited or NYS registered two (2) or four (4) year college or university with an Associate's degree in Data Processing, Computer Science, Business Administration or related field and four (4) years of data processing experience, two (2) years of which, included computer programming and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or:
- Graduation from high school or possession of a high school equivalency diploma and six (6) years of data processing experience, two (2) years of which, included computer programming, and at least one (1) year of experience in programming and/or maintenance of vendor supplied operating software; or:
- An equivalent combination of training and experience as defined by the limits of (1), (2) and (3).
SALARY: $19.00/Hour - CSEA Union Affiliation
