The C2 Sr. Program Manager is responsible for managing all implementation and training involved with the C2 Education partnership. This C2 Sr. Program Manager will be responsible for working with the K12 Private Pay team and supporting cross functional communication with other departments to ensure the successful implementation at all phases of the relationship. The C2 Sr. Program Manager will identify and support the creation of training and additional resources to support site coordinators and teachers working in K12 Private School B2B partner programs as well as C2 Education staff and supporting departments on behalf of K12. The position identifies and tracks training metrics, analyzes data, and helps develop and deliver training and professional development both virtually and in person to support the needs of C2 Education partnership and staff. This position will collaborate with C2 leadership and site directors to develop business/sales, to manage academics and communication, to collect and analyze outcome data, and to provide support in program development, which will include partner specific support and training. The C2 Sr. Program Manager will oversee onboarding of new centers, program customization and expansion, program implementation and architecture, the delivery of new products and/or services, development of quality standards and practices to ensure clients are provided with exceptional service, as well as timely, consistent and accurate product access and training. .

AS A HIGH SCHOOL COUNSELOR, YOU WILL...
  • Works in cooperation with the B2B business development, operations, academics and program management team to effectively launch pilot and expand programs
  • Responsible for successful launch of all pilot sites
  • Builds strong relationships with C2 site directors and assists the team with all intake and onboarding opportunities;
  • Maintains a high level of customer service and relationship management with C2 leadership, pilot sites and future sites;
  • Ensures that all processes and procedures are completed, and quality standards are met;
  • Troubleshoots client implementation needs and issues;
  • Drives improvement of training and implementation deliverables;
  • Trains team members in all aspects of implementation processes;
  • Develops training content for online synchronous, asynchronous, and face-to-face delivery (i.e. courses, resources, job aids);
  • Develops processes and trainings for supporting existing and new C2 sites with all training efforts;
  • Communicates important training expectations, dates, and relevant sessions to C2 sites, and leadership;
  • Implements training for Site Coordinators and teachers that targets identified needs;
  • Collaborates proactively with other Private School departments to define requirements for training, resources and job aids
  • Collaborates with colleagues to schedule, implement and lead virtual and face-to-face trainings for all educational models that are customized to meet partners' needs and sales goals;
  • Coordinates with colleagues to implement and lead continuous training opportunities for on-going partner and/or internal staffs' support and growth;
  • Assist partners in establishing the student work environment, including layout, Internet, and hardware needs
  • Creates and moderates a forum for site coordinators to share ideas and concerns
  • Delivers engaging, interactive implementation, academic and sell-through trainings;
  • Collects and analyzes partner and/or internal training satisfaction data and refines trainings as appropriate;
  • Assists in building and implementing meaningful strategic plans that improve partner outcomes, partner satisfaction metrics, retention and growth.
  • Creates supporting documentation to reinforce training and follows up regularly
  • Visits all pilot sites to manage relationship
  • Identifies and monitors metrics to measure the success of partner business including sales, academic outcomes, customer satisfaction and training evaluations.

If selected, you will participate in a comprehensive new teacher training program for three weeks before the start of school. It is an opportunity to meet colleagues and learn the responsibilities required for delivering curriculum in an online environment. During this training you will also learn how to monitor student progress through K12's learning management system, and to be a partner actively working with students and parents to advance each child's learning. Requirements

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience. Master's degree preferred.
  • Appropriate State certification for high school counselor.
  • Experience in counseling and/or advisement.
  • Valid fingerprint clearance card or background check.
  • Proficient in MS tools, search engines, database systems.
  • Flexible schedule - ability to travel as needed.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience with distance learning.
  • Advanced coursework in counseling and administration.
  • Experience as a 7-12 teacher and/or school counselor.
  • Experience in a customer service environment.
  • Experience with Local, State , and Federals laws and mandated reporting.
  • Experience in a charter school environment preferred.
