Requirements:
Bachelor of Arts degree or higher; 5-8 Mathematics Teacher; proven experience increasing student achievement for all learners (general education, special education, ELP, ELL); ability to differentiate instruction; ability to collaborate with colleagues on lesson plans and data analysis; ability to model and support effective reading and writing strategies; effective classroom management skills; ability to implement PBIS with fidelity; positive attitude and a willingness to seek solutions to problems that arise; ability to work effectively/cooperatively/respectfully with staff/parents/community members regardless of status, and demonstrate conflict resolution skills.
