SCOPE OF RESPONSIBILITIES

Performs preventative maintenance in accordance with manufacturers specifications to mechanical equipment associated with heating and air conditioning systems.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma or G.E.D.
2. Two (2) years experience in the area of preventative maintenance
3. Good mechanical aptitude
4. Valid driver's license
