• Work with the LAAP coordinator and LAAP team to build and maintain a school culture conducive to student learning and post-secondary success.

• Utilize research-based instruction as well as the development of curricula and assessments through collaborative planning for students in an alternative setting

• Participate in professional development and training specific to instruction in a non-traditional setting.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with a variety of stakeholders.

• Successful experience with alternative programs and/or with students with diverse and unconventional backgrounds, preferred.

• Be passionate about helping students from diverse backgrounds.
