The Lancaster Central School District is seeking a Reading Specialist. The successful candidate will hold NYS Reading/Literacy certification and have a skill set which includes, but is not limited to, the effective use of research-based reading strategies to increase student reading abilities, the ability to communicate well and collaborate with other specialists and classroom teachers, and the ability to administer assessments and use data to make decisions regarding student instruction.
