PROJECT COORDINATOR, FACILITY SUPPORT SERVICES - TEMPORARY

Work Year: Hourly, benefits eligible with minimum hours

FTE: 1.0

Salary Range: $24.85 - $30.19 hourly

Essential Functions and Objectives:

Coordinates and oversees the day to day logistics and implementation of the District Concrete and asphalt replacement program. Prioritizing work with the city agency making sure scheduling aligns with city priorities. Responsible for scoping projects, soliciting qualified contractors, working with strategic sourcing and assuring all work meets Districts Standards.

Knowledge, Experience & Other Qualifications:

- Three (3) years' experience managing asphalt and concrete related projects

- Valid driver's license, appropriate insurance coverage and acceptable driving record over the past three years

- Knowledge with Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, and Outlook

- Effective time management and organizational skills

- Effective communication skills

- Strong attention to detail

- Effectively handle multiple demands and competing deadlines

- The ability to take responsibility for one's own performance

- Work collaboratively with others on a team

- High degree of integrity in handling confidential information

Education Requirements:

- High school diploma/equivalent

- Bachelor's degree preferred
