Special Education Certified Teacher - Green Acres

The Arc Erie County New York is currently seeking dedicated Special Education Teachers to be a part of our school program working with preschool children who have developmental and intellectual disabilities. In addition to our school program's collaboration with the Floortime Center, The Arc Erie County New York is also accredited by the Council on Quality and Leadership.

The preschool special education teacher is responsible for designing and implementing group lessons comprised of speech, language and readiness skills to encourage development in these areas by preschoolers. The teacher works as a member of a multidisciplinary team in developing and implementing goals in each child's Individualized Education Plan.

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Special Education

NYS Certification Required: Birth - 2
