Description:

The Lincoln Intermediate Unit 12 is seeking full physical therapists to provide physical therapy and prescribed treatments to K - 12, special education students within the LIU's service area. This position requires someone who can collaborate with peers, parents, and school district staff. He/she will be a solid team player, who takes initiative and can work independently.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• PT assessments and evaluationsDeveloping treatment plansConsulting with classroom staff and parents

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree required; Master's Degree required if program of study was completed after December 31, 2002 and current PA State License in Physical Therapy
• Knowledge of Federal, State, and Local special education practices and laws as related to school-based Physical Therapy
• Pennsylvania license in physical therapy
• Pediatric and/or school based experience, preferred
• PTAs welcome to apply

Terms of Employment:

Full-time, itinerant, 188 days per year
