Qualifications:
Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in engineering, architecture or construction management, plus six years of progressively more responsible experience in engineering, architecture, or construction management, some of which shall have been in a supervisory or leadership capacity. Can demonstrate knowledge of principles, practices, procedures, codes, rules, or regulations in design & construction; ability to organize, direct, and coordinate the activities of one or more operational sections; and ability to develop short-, medium- and long-term plans and programs and to make major decisions on complex technical and administrative matters.
