Sr . Graphic Designer

Who You Are...

As our Sr. Graphic Designer, you will produce and oversee digital and print solutions to address our marketing needs. Y ou will have in-depth knowledge of graphic design, styles and layout techniques. You will also have experience executing marketing projects from conception to production, including digital experiences, cross-channel advertising campaigns, and print and digital sales collateral . This position works to establish a strong and unique visual language that reflects our corporate and product level branding. Reporting to the Director of Creative Services, you will work across the marketing team to develop and transform sales, marketing and product positioning concepts into dynamic visual representations.
Your Next Challenge...

  • Design and execute graphic concepts to meet product or campaign visions
  • Work with the entire marketing team to develop and transform sales, marketing and product positioning concepts into dynamic visual representations
  • Be a strong creative problem solver able to define challenges, collect relevant information, draw insightful conclusions and develop marketing and graphic concepts to address the challenge
  • Strong ability to carry marketing concepts across multiple pieces and delivery channels as part of a complete campaign
  • Lead the concept, design and execution of visual materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives
  • Design for a wide variety of mediums including digital advertising across multiple channels, email, online banner ads, social media graphics and ads, lifestyle images, printed sales collateral, in office patient collateral, direct mail campaigns and more.
  • Work with Director of Creative Services and Sr . Marketing Leadership to constantly evaluate the quality and impact of past, present and future collateral
  • Update and maintain marketing, and sales collateral to ensure brand consistency
  • Provide art direction and oversight on digital, print and video graphic projects
  • Be a leader and provide design guidance to peers and developing designers
  • Refine images, fonts and layouts using graphic design software ; a pply typography techniques
  • Design original pieces, including illustrations and infographics
  • Develop the images used in a variety of creative projects, including presentations, brochures, advertisements, catalogs, direct mail, corporate identity, and web/mobile sites.
Your Traits for Success...

  • Must be passionate about branding and graphic storytelling to creating compelling marketing campaigns and eager to learn the K -12 education industry and our audience
  • Are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Understanding of graphic / web design principles for current web technologies
  • Well-developed communication skills, including the ability to transform complexities into clear, concise creative concepts and written communications
  • Able to prioritize many tasks and deadlines with multiple concurrent projects
  • Proven ability to apply problem solving skills to assist in making decisions that affect the success of the project
  • Strong leadership skill and ability to successfully mentor a design team
Your Educ ation and E xperience ...

  • 5+ years graphic and digital design experience
  • Proven history and portfolio of digital, social media and print collateral
  • Minimum Bachelor's degree in related field; equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
  • Minimum four years of practical delivery experience in production management with demonstrated results
