PLACEMENT ON THE CURRENT ERIE COUNTY CIVIL SERVICE LIST (RANKED IN THE TOP THREE) OR PRESENTLY IN THE CIVIL SERVICE CLASSIFICATION OF CLERK TYPIST
Job Duties: Assist in a very busy office setting in a professional, and efficient manner when interacting with students, parents and staff. May be assigned special projects, data collection and analysis and other duties as assigned by administrator such as student attendance.
Special Qualifications: Must have computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite); proficiency in Infinite Campus a plus; must possess strong communication skills and a willingness to be a part of a large, multi-functional team; ability to relate well with people and have excellent customer service skills including a welcoming demeanor; must be detail oriented and highly organized; must be confidential and a team player.
