As the School Education Manager, you will be primarily responsible for making sure that our proprietary curriculum is implemented and showcased in our classrooms and to our parents. You will be responsible for managing a team of teachers including conducting observations and providing them with coaching and guidance in their classrooms, ensuring lesson plans are in place, etc. You will conduct compelling tours with prospective families and ensure classrooms are "tour ready" at all times.

In order to be considered for this position, you must meet all state licensing requirements. In addition you:

· Must have an Associates or higher degree in Early Elementary, Early Childhood Education or related field.
· Must be Director Qualified or able to be Director Qualified within 6 to 12 months
· Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience coaching and mentoring staff
