Although preference is for an American, nationality is not as important as depth of American curriculum, strong experience with MAP testing and ability to manage/lead a large faculty. (As well as the following desirable leadership traits!). 

 

This is an opportunity to work with an innovative leadership team. The package for this position includes a TAX FREE salary of AED 20,000 (~$5,445/7,332 CAD); the amount is to be confirmed depending on qualifications and experience.  In addition, there is a housing allowance of AED 60,000 yearly (~$16,337/21,992 CAD). Medical insurance, annual air tickets, and education (free for 1 dependent children attending the school; 50% for second) are also provided.
