    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    *Master's Degree
    *Must possess a Colorado Principal License with evaluator endorsement or obtain one prior to starting work
    *Possess elementary/middle school teaching experience (three years desired)
    *General experience as principal/ assistant principal desired
    *Bilingual desired
    *Must possess current CPR/First Aid certification or obtain prior to starting work
    *Advanced knowledge of pK-12 central office administration procedures and practices
    *Advanced oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
    *Personal computer and keyboarding skills
    *Critical thinking and problem solving skills
    *Ability to maintain confidentiality in all aspects of the job
    *Must provide own transportation to and from primary work site and to meetings throughout the District and Metro area
    *Pass a pre-placement district physical
    *Ability to utilize district databases
    *Knowledge of second language acquisition theory
    *Knowledge of Competency-Based Systems desirable
    *Scantron, Ed-ucate, Infinite Campus, PARCC and CMAS experience or ability
    *Experience and/or skills working with culturally diverse populations desired

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    *Must be able to utilize interpersonal skills to deal effectively with students, parents and community
    *Must possess the necessary knowledge base for the shared decision making and issues management
    *Must operate at the highest levels of the effective and cognitive domain
    *Must possess in-depth knowledge/background of elementary and/or middle school philosophy, curriculum and instruction
    *Must successfully utilize strong interpersonal skills with staff, parents and students in conflict resolution
    *Must be able to work as part of a team
    *Must possess knowledge of clinical supervision and skills in instructional evaluation and conferencing
    *Demonstrate skills in instructional leadership, including leading, coordinating, and/or delivering training on research-based instructional practices.
