POSITION: Fifth Grade Teacher
LOCATION: Spring Creek Elementary School
SALARY: $44,460 minimum; final salary depends upon education and experience
CONTRACT: 185-day contract
START DATE: August 2019
CLOSING DATE: May 23, 2019
QUALIFICATIONS: Candidates must hold, or be eligible to hold, a certificate issued by the Wyoming Professional Teaching Standards Board with an endorsement as an elementary teacher.
Other desired qualifications include: experience teaching in the elementary grades; strong communication skills; willingness to work with colleagues as part of a collaborative team; strategies for engaging and meeting the needs of diverse learners; an ability to access resources and provide broad, authentic learning experiences. Candidates should have knowledge of and experience with: best practices in instruction and assessment; professional learning communities; and a variety of positive classroom management strategies.
