School Social Worker Certified - Summer Assessment - 2 positions
This position does not constitute full-time employment with District 189 for the 2019-2020 school year. This is a seasonal position only.

Requirements:

• ISBE Educator License for School Social Worker Required
• Assessments to be completed have been determined by an IEP team, but typically include Health History, Social Developmental Study, Behavior Rating Scales, and Adaptive Behavior Rating Scales

Responsibilities:

• Arranging the assessment appointments
• Conducting the assessment
• Scoring the assessment
• Writing the report
• Completing eligibility paperwork in the IEP writing system.
