Vice Principal for our Elementary Section.

Although preference is for an American, nationality is not as important as depth of American curriculum, strong experience with MAP testing and ability to manage/lead a large faculty. (As well as the following desirable leadership traits!).

The successful applicant will:

• Be a well-respected, trusted leader with administrative and teaching experience

• Demonstrated collaborative leader, values relationships with faculty and staff

• Current with research-based, cutting edge pedagogy

• International experience ideal, though not required

• Experience in American education

• Have a minimum of a Masters in Education

The package for this position includes:

• TAX FREE Salary: AED 20,000 (To be confirmed depending on qualifications and experience)

• Housing Allowance: AED 60,000 yearly

• Education: Free for 1 dependent children attending the school; 50% for second.

There is an 80% Arabic and most students speak English as a second language so good skills of differentiation and cultural sensitivity are additional essential prerequisites.
