Description
Enrollment and Document Processing teams to oversee and coordinate all aspects of student enrollment and reenrollment at a specific school.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

• Manages the student enrollment/reenrollment process working closely with K12 Enrollment and Document Processing teams, e.g. monitors exception reports; ensures accurate timely processing; makes daily work assignments and monitors the Enrollment team's progress toward goals; etc.;
• Facilitates stakeholder communications throughout the enrollment process serving as a single point of contact for students, prospective students, parents, administrative personnel and reporting agencies;
• Trains and manages incoming enrollment staff including contingent personnel hired during peak enrollment periods; Oversees and conducts Student Access Management System (SAMS) training for administrators, teachers, and staff; Creates and maintains training processes and guidelines related to enrollment;
• Ensured State compliancy guidelines are met for all incoming enrollments; Creates and amends school specific enrollment forms to conform to State s laws and school preferences in preparation for launch of the enrollment season;
• Manages student wait-list where applicable;
• Establishes and ensures secure access to student records. Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Bachelor's degree AND
• Three (3) years of professional experience OR
• Equivalent combination of education and experience
• Must reside in the State of Missouri

Certificates and Licenses: None required.

OTHER REQUIRED SKILLS & ABILITIES :

• Great organizational and time management skills
• Experience using search engines (internet) for research projects
• Experience using a student information system and/or other type of database
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MSWord, and Outlook
• Ability to pass required background check

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS :

• Managerial and/or training experience
