This is a part-time position (50% school year), Monday thru Friday.
The School Nurse oversees the individual health needs of students; implementing health care plans directed by physicians; ensuring district health care practices comply with the laws relating to student health issues; providing appropriate care for ill, medically fragile and/or injured students; and serving as a health care resource to teachers, staff, and administrators; conducting recommended health screenings and identifying health problems for referral to appropriate parties for proper follow up treatment.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience: Associate Degree with minimum of 3 years clinical nursing experience under own valid RN license in pediatric or related nursing areas, including, but not limited to: public health, community health, family mental health, emergency and/or primary care nursing. Education: BSN degree or enrollment or eligibility to enroll in BSN program (to be completed within 6 years of hire), required of all new hires after July 1, 2016. License: Holds a current New Hampshire RN license, or eligible for New Hampshire RN endorsement from a reciprocal state. Current CPR certification.
