Job Title: Original Credit Teachers (Mathematics - Summer Accelerated Math Program (AMP)
Reports to: Principal
Location: Proviso Mathematics and Science Academy (PMSA)
Description: PMSA is seeking energetic instructors for its summer accelerated math program. These original credit courses offer opportunities for students to advance their mathematics skills while earning credit towards graduation. The summer AMP is a required course for future enrollment in the International Baccalaureate (IB) Analysis and Approaches Mathematics Course, which IB students take during their Junior and Senior years. It is designed to cover content that will prepare students to excel in high level Diploma Program math.
Required License:
Valid Illinois Professional Educators License with appropriate secondary mathematics endorsement.
Schedule:
8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
Instructor hours: 8:00 am - 12:30 pm
Compensation: $ 4,000.00
