Applicants must have at least a Bachelor’s Degree and teaching qualification such as a Post Graduate Certificate in Education, Masters in Education or Bachelors of Education. Our jobs are not teaching English as a Foreign Language, and a TEFL certificate alone is not sufficient teacher training.

The school needs applicants who offers at least 3 years of post qualifying experience to satisfy Ministerial regulations. Although the school offers both an adapted version of the British National Curriculum and a US Curriculum delivered mostly by British and American staff, applicants have to be aware that the student population comprises mostly of academically motivated and well behaved Egyptian children, this is not a typical western expatriate school.

Temperatures can reach the high 30s during summer but then drop to a more comfortable temperature during Autumn and Spring and the winter is extremely mild with tops of about 18-20 degrees.
