POSITION TITLE: Assistant Principal Summer School (3 postion) East West PMSA
REPORTS TO: Principal

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

Master's degree and coursework in administration and supervision
Valid Illinois Professional Educators licenses with a general administrative endorsement
Minimum of three to five years of successful teaching experience at the secondary level
Experience working with a diverse student body
Ability to work effectively with students, staff, colleagues and community
Experience working with scheduling
Experience supervising curriculum writing and/or revisions
Experience writing teacher and staff evaluations
Experience with student services and student activities
Strong organizational and time management skills
Excellent written, verbal and presentation skills
Experience in collecting, analyzing and using data in decision making

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous successful experience as Principal or Assistant Principal
