The Instructional Coach will apply "best practices" research to design, develop, deliver, and demonstrate effective instructional strategies for increasing student achievement. The Instructional Coach, through embedded staff development, will engage in and facilitate demonstration teaching, reflective coaching, study groups, and other quality learning opportunities for new and beginning teachers. The Instructional Coach will work on site with new and beginning teachers to keep the focus on student learning. Please see attachment for detailed job description.

Length of Contract: Teacher Contract (5 -10 additional days)
