The Information Analyst, 2 plays a key role in ensuring accurate and complete entry of all text and media assets into the k12 content management system (CMS), as well as participating and contributing to project teams.
AS Inormation Analyst, 2, YOU WILL..

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.
  • Manages work for a team of Information Analysts on a specific project and assigns work in conjunction with project managers and course owners;
  • Performs hands-on CALMS entry and platform operations on highly complex projects for K-12 requiring multiple software platforms and integration of third party services, and checks own work for accuracy and completeness.
  • Analyzes digital asset spreadsheets for accuracy and completeness of content and decides if the spreadsheet is ready for upload to the DAM by the vendor or needs to go back to the team for revisions;
  • Reviews the work by their team members and vendors for quality and accuracy, providing timely and constructive feedback to improve performance;
  • Analyzes comments, edits, and ECC reports and implements changes as needed that do not conflict with the needs and requirements of the final delivery systems on time while prioritizing and balancing the competing deadlines of multiple courses within the same curriculum program;
  • Serves as a production subject matter expert for K12 proprietary systems and their interactions and dependencies on other systems and the final delivery systems, including providing training to their vendor counterparts;
  • Interprets storyboards and other data points, and converts these to and within multiple content management systems;
  • Works effectively across teams, and with all levels of staff and management within the department; suggests new processes, documentation, and ways to improve efficiency;
  • Works with project managers and course owners to mitigate risk in projects by spotting issues in processes, documentation, consistency, and efficiency.

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree(s) in related field AND
  • One (1) years of experience in content management / system maintenance OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

  • Efficient and detail-oriented but still able to work productively in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment;
  • Ability to consistently maintain and exhibit a forward-thinking, inclusive attitude and level of contribution
  • Ability to communicate clearly, effectively and positively in writing, verbally, and via multiple electronic platforms
  • Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, etc.); Web proficiency.
  • Ability to pass required background check
