Middle School Summer EDGENUITY Teacher- Math

Summer School Teacher will be responsible for facilitating student directed use of the Edgenuity curricular courses which is grounded in research and are Common Core, NGSS, and state-standards aligned. The teacher will be expected to provide instructional assistance through the length of the summer school program. Other responsibilities include: including monitoring student progress, classroom management, submission of grades, and collection of daily attendance. Summer School Teachers will work under the direction of the Summer School Coordinator and a building based administrator.
Areas of Need: Grades 6 - 8

Dates: June 24- July 25, 2019 (Monday - Thursday; except July 4)
Hours: 7:45 am- 2:15 pm; Student Session: 7:45am - 12:15pm

NOTE: Summer school personnel must be able to work the duration of the program. No vacation or personal time will be granted.

  • An Edgenuity training session will be required prior to the start of summer school for any staff not already trained in the program
  • Positions will be filled based upon student enrollment, teacher certification and program leadership experience
  • Qualified internal candidates are asked to submit an application online through the Applitrack System no later than 4:00 p.m. May 8, 2018
