Whole School Principal - Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia - Immediate

This well-established and well-known school in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, is looking for a Principal. The ideal candidate will have a degree in education / educational leadership / management and administration up to Master"s level (preferred), a thorough understanding of international curricula (CIE/IPC) and play- & project-based learning and a minimum of 8-9 years of overall experience in education esp. in secondary section, of which at least 3 years as a teacher. They will demonstrate leadership qualities balanced with strong interpersonal skills, openness, initiative , integrity and sound professional judgement and adaptability and skills in Team management and Conflict management. They will also have excellent communication and inter-personal skills, strong decision-making skills and strong IT skills.

In return, the school offers an attractive package that include a gross monthly salary commensurate with the candidate"s experience and profile (local taxes will apply), monthly accommodation, mobile phone, fuel and toll allowances, annual Economy class tickets for self & immediate family who move to KL with the prospective employee, Health insurance: for self and dependants, Employee Provident Fund Contribution: not obligatory, End of Contract Bonus, End of Contract flight to country of origin. This is a 2 year contract with an option to renew upon its completion.
