PRIMARY FUNCTION
The IT Help Desk Copy Center Technician will be responsible for maintaining all copiers and printers in good working order. Will ensure that ink, paper and other items related to the usage of said hardware are always in sufficient supplies. The IT Help Desk Copy Center Technician will, troubleshoot issues as they arise; assess and fulfill user training needs in effective use of applications, provide user assistance to school staff; and perform related work as required.

IT Manager
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS
- AA/BA preferably in computer-related field or computer-related technical school;
- At least one year of PC systems experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to learn and grow professionally
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain copy center ticket system and complete print jobs requests as needed within time limits established
- Understand all equipment, ensure sufficient supplies of paper, ink, laminate etc
- Provide training about school technology to staff as needed
- Respond to help desk request as needed and identify issues that need to be referred to IT Manager
- Provide security measures for school technology (especially laptop computers)
- Maintain accurate and current asset inventory databases
- Organize maintenance logs and troubleshoot problems in a timely manner
- Other tasks as assigned by the IT manager

- Well organized with good verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift up and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
