RESPONSIBILITIES

The Enrollment Coordinator is a key member of our administrative team that works together to support the mission and vision of Phalen Leadership Academies. The Enrollment Coordinator is responsible for maintaining optimum scholar enrollment to support enrollment targets. The Enrollment Coordinator is the first point of contact for many families and should be able to effectively promote and articulate the value of PLA's school programs. This is a contract position working 5 hours a day, 5 days a week for $25 per hour.

REQUIREMENTS
  • A passion for working with students and families in under-served communities
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Experience in business, marketing, networking, student enrollment or recruiting preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working with diverse student populations, faculty, national, and support staff in an education setting
  • Previous outside sales and/or account territory management
  • Ability to work independently with close attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written
  • Able to prioritize and meet deadlines
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and frequent interruptions
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with work processing, spreadsheets, and database programs
