Job Description Overview:

Dean of Students serves as a liaison between administration, school staff, students, families and community agencies that support students.

The principle objective of the Dean of Students role is to function as a student behavior management specialist who is committed to working both proactively and responsively to student behavior and attendance issues to support the creation and maintenance of a safe, supportive climate focused on learning and success for all students. In addition, the Dean will provide leadership related to models of intervention for all students as well as direct intervention for specific students.
