Essential Functions and Objectives:

- The Lead Teacher coaches peer teachers in core content areas. Ensures staff is maintaining district teaching standards by following best practices. Monitors score content assessment data to plan program improvements. Assists in grade level planning meetings to evaluate student work. Provides ongoing training for staff on inclusive programming and differentiated instruction best practices. Assists staff in the organization and use of assessment data to guide instructional practices. Collaborates and coordinates with curriculum staff and other school professionals to support best practices in teaching core content areas. Knowledge, Experience, & Other Qualifications: Must possess a current Colorado Department of Education Teachers License with appropriate endorsement. A minimum of five (5) years of classroom teaching experience preferred.
