Reporting to the Assistant Superintendent for Teaching and Learning, this position serves in a leadership capacity for all educators in the School District of Waukesha to ensure professional learning and systems of equitable practices are effectively implemented in conjunction with the mission and vision. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience teaching, leading teams, and developing high-quality communication through collaborative partnerships and leadership actions. The candidate is knowledgeable about state and local educator development requirements and can collaboratively cultivate culturally responsive learning opportunities for adult learners within the organization.
