The Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Operations will partner with business leaders, hiring managers, recruiting managers and HR business partners to drive strategic research and data-driven candidate attraction actions. This role requires the ability to see the big picture and manage rapid execution of tactical plans. Reporting to the Senior Director, Talent Management, this position will manage the people experience team members and seasonal contractors and is a key member of the HR Leadership Team.
AS a Senior Manager, Recruitment Marketing and Operations, YOU WILL..
  • Develop and execute talent acquisition marketing strategies and campaigns positioned against key market segments, including but not limited to:
    • Lead generation, qualification and management, building a diverse and robust pipeline of viable prospects;
    • Job and interview fairs - in person and virtual; and
    • Programs aimed at new college graduates.
  • Lead day-to-day management of the Applicant Tracking System and related recruitment systems to ensure data accuracy and integrity and useful metric reporting.
  • Identify and report on key metrics on a regular cadence, including ROI on targeted campaigns.
  • Continuously evaluate and update systems and processes to ensure internal stakeholders and candidates have a positive hiring and selection experience, from exploration through on-boarding and beyond.
  • Develop and execute strategies to manage our employer brand and reputation including, career site content, social media, online reviews, employee newsletter, training of HR staff to be strong brand ambassadors and on other strategies.
  • Create and maintain overall employee experience calendar that unites people across teams, departments and locations, and energizes company culture.
  • Build on existing feedback channels and surveys to maintain an open and fluid effective feedback culture and ensure continuous process improvement.

Requirements
Minimum Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required AND
  • Three (3) years of recruiting or recruiting operations experience AND
  • Three (3) years of project management, data management and/or event management experience OR
  • Equivalent combination of education and experience

Certificates and Licenses: None required.
OTHER REQUIRED qualifications
  • Experience creating and executing enhanced prospecting techniques and tools used for information retrieval, data extraction, scaling talent communities, web-scraping.
  • Knowledge of current State and Federal Wage, Employment Laws and HR policies and procedures
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proven ability to organize and lead a project to completion
  • Proven ability to manage change with maximum buy-in
  • Effective problem-solving
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate sensitive and confidential matters effectively to all levels and in a matrixed organization
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality, to manage the administrative processes of an HR department, and to identify problems requiring escalation
  • Must be able to work evenings/weekends - as needed by management and client groups
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel; Familiarity with Microsoft PowerPoint; Basic proficiency with UltiPro or other Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS); Web proficiency
  • Ability to travel 10% of the time
  • Ability to pass required background check

  • Professional in Human Resources (PHR), or Senior PHR (SPHR) certification
  • Experience in education or curriculum development organizations
