Description

The Marketing Manager will develop, execute and optimize acquisition marketing campaigns to generate enrollments for the company supported lines of business, across digital and offline media channels. This position is part of a high-performance team leveraging offline and digital channels to drive customer acquisition through direct response. • Team lead to manage media plan development, execution and optimization for Destinations Career Academy Schools across digital and offline media channels. • Oversees agency relationship to develop and implement niche targeted and local marketing campaigns and sponsorships (includes digital and offline tactics). • Plans and executes acquisition email channel including strategy, list selection, unsubscribe process, creative development and testing. • Supports execution of broadcast (TV/Radio media buys through agency • Develops and executes test and learn campaigns to optimize media performance and conversions. • Monitors, reports and analyzes campaign performance against target KPIs and ROI and identifies actionable insights to improve media effectiveness and efficiency. • Creates and delivers presentations on assigned media plans and performance results. • Manages budget and reconciliations of planned vs. actual spend for assigned media. • Supports creative development for assigned media channels, consistent with industry best practices and insights from campaign performance. • Works with multiple business and product owners, creative teams, and operational groups to optimize digital and offline acquisition initiatives. • Works with external media agencies and vendor partners to facilitate execution of media and programs.
Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or related field AND
• Five (5) years working experience in direct response marketing AND
• Three (3) years of experience managing and implementing paid media OR Equivalent combination of education and experience

OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience developing media strategy and plans to drive direct response
• Experience developing, executing and analyzing paid media placements across digital and offline media channels to drive direct response
• Strong project management skills with proven ability to prioritize multiple marketing projects simultaneously in a deadline-driven manner
• Superior interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to manage and collaborate with internal and external partners
• Outstanding time management and organization skills with great attention to detail.
• Good working knowledge of Excel with ability to build reports and manipulate the data for analysis and budget management
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint; Web proficiency)
• Ability to pass required background check

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Agency and/or account management experience working as liaison across inter-company departments with multiple stakeholders
• Experience with TV, radio, display, paid social and Email and knowledge of marketing best practices to deliver results
• Media buying experience a plus
• Demonstrated analytics skills and data-driven thinking to develop insights into campaign performance and optimization
• Demonstrated budget management skills
• Experience in the education space driving lead generation
