This top international school in Colombia is looking for a Secondary Design Technology Teacher to join them in August 2019.

This prestigious, not-for-profit school was established over 60 years ago by a distinguished group of Colombian and British citizens. It is a private, coeducational school based upon the British educational system with IB and bilingual components. They have more than 1800 students in four different sections: Preschool, Primary, Lower Bach and Upper Bach. The population it serves is mostly Colombian, and the teachers are a mix of nationalities - the school has more than 170 teachers from which 25% are British or from other nationalities and the remainder from Colombia. The school has been accredited by the CIS since 1998.

They are looking for enthusiastic and skilled professionals who share their vision: To educate enthusiastic humans, principled, open minded and with the ability to think critically. Applicants must have a teaching qualification, a minimum of 3 years teaching experience, UK ( or equivalent) experience, experience in reputable school/s, be a solid practitioner with proven experience of success in the classroom, have experience of inspection/accreditation processes (OFSTED, BSO, CIS, IB, etc.) and experience of school improvement. Candidates must also have good references and be able to show evidence of creating (contributing) to the wider life of the school.
