The Enrollment Operations Specialist will be responsible for contacting potential customers, informing them of available product offerings, consult with them on the best product for their situation and close the sale with the customer.

• Utilize lead list to call prospective customers, sharing information with them about K12 and its numerous product offerings
• Develop relationships with parents as an educational advisor and consultant generating and enhancing interest in the various K12 products and services
• Discern parents/responsible adults and students needs, desires for a education solution and the fit of various program offerings based on location, availability and time of the year
• Provide recommendations to the parent/responsible adult on which school solution is the best for their particular situations
• Keep up to date with changes to schools and their enrollment policies and procedures
• Request and close the sale of the parent/responsible adults relative to the best solution for their situation
• Explain the placement, enrollment processes and next steps based on the product sold
• Process payments as required based on the product sold
• Enter all prospect and contact data including detailed notes into the Sales Force Automation (SFA) tool provided, and on a timely basis with accuracy
• Report trends, market responses, and overall activity SEC Coach in a timely and effective manner
• Meet or exceed team and individual sales goals and other departmental objectives
• Meet departmental levels for phone productivity, prospects, enrollments received, enrollments approved, withdrawal rate, phone productivity, call quality, customer satisfaction, customer loyalty, Rep attendance and Rep schedule adherence
Requirements • Four year university degree preferred
• Advance degrees and/or degrees in education is a plus
• Previous sales experience with proven record of achievement preferred, phone sales experience is a plus
• Consultative approach to selling
• Solutions oriented with strong follow up ability
• Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Strong interest in education
• Team player attitude, working closely with all other contact center and K12 personnel
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to communicate with customers effectively through phone, voicemail, email, chat, etc
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
• Excel and Sales Force Automation (SFA) computer skills
