SUMMARY: An Intern is responsible for assisting with various projects within the department he/she is assigned to at K12. Essential functions may vary from administrative, clerical and support level work to more hands-on tactical work as determined by business needs.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Participates in RPA discovery and documentation
• Develops an understanding of the business process being automated
• Organizes and assists with business process owner interviews and other meetings
• Masters online courses on basic RPA through UIPath University
• Calculates Return on Investment (ROI) for automation project
• Creates and prepares various content, presentations, and materials as needed for meetings with business process owners and CFO
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.
Requirements
MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Currently pursuing a BS/BA or MS/MA degree
OTHER REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Listening and observation skills
• Self-motivation
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to listen effectively, respect others' perspectives and contributions, and offer and accept constructive feedback
• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), web research proficiency
• No travel required
• Ability to pass required background check
