At least two years post qualifying experience is needed which will earn you a tax free salary starting from AED10,000 per month (~$2,722/3,598 CAD) complemented by an employment package of shared furnished housing, flights at the beginning and end of contract, medical insurance and an end of service gratuity.

Experience of the UK is preferred but the school will consider other teaching backgrounds. High school teachers, to qualify for visa approval, must have a first degree in the subject that they will be teaching.
